The facilities are the best at Maiaek in Chiang Mai, and despite the large number of PR ladies, the appearance is bad. You can have fun in a nice facility, but it’s far away and the high price is more than three times higher than elsewhere.
It is one of Chiang Mai’s most popular nightlife destinations, known for its vibrant atmosphere, great drinks, and lively karaoke sessions. Katsuna is really pretty, and the interior room is clean and tidy. However, the snacks are somewhat disappointing. While karaoke is available, it’s not the easiest to use—you’ll have to search for songs on YouTube yourself. Additionally, all services are priced in 40-minute increments, so keep that in mind. I’ve uploaded a recent receipt for reference. Although alcohol is available, the price doesn’t even include alcohol. It feels like some Korean customers—especially older YouTubers—can be a bit too greedy.

This place is super fun and definitely offers great value for money. Moreover, the service staff truly takes care of everyone and ensures guests are comfortable. The manager, Pi Oil, is incredibly supportive and even helped take care of some of my drunk friends.

I never expected to find such a cool spot on the outskirts of the city. The interior is clean, the band is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. Furthermore, they even have a room where you can enjoy karaoke. It’s truly like finding a pearl in the mud. If you ever get the chance, you should definitely visit.
